Bingo Reviewer Members Thoughts

Filed under: Bingo Articles — 28 Oct 2007

The article on How Can You Get the Most Out of Bingo Reviews as well as the reviews themselves were extremely helpful to me when I was deciding on a site.I enjoy surfing the internet but it can be a large and very frustrating place especially when so many different options are presented. When I first I looked into playing on line I went into several different sites without gaining a satisfying experience.

I remember wishing that I had time to go the Bingo hall. At least there if the caller was too slow you could voice your displeasure.  On some sites the downloading was so slow I would get up and do something else until the process was finished.

Then I talked to a friend who recommended that I check out Bingo-reviewer.com where I could read reviews.  The article was an added bonus.  I was able to go through the reviews and check out the items which were important to me.  I wanted to know if the sign-up process was quick and easy.  Few things are more irritating than having to jump through one hoop after the other when all you want to do is enjoy the game.  Since I tend to be a bit timid at first it was important that the atmosphere be friendly and questions, even if they been asked by a thousand other people, answered in a courteous and helpful manner.

Another feature I was interested in, yes I admit to being a bit greedy, was the sign-up bonus.  I like the other bonuses as well but I want to check out the site without using too much of my own money.  I’ll spend when I feel assured that my gaming experience will be a fun time. Let’s not forget the speed of the software, I didn’t want to stare at my computer as the program took forever to download or got hung up too often.  I’d had enough of that the first time around.

Last but not least I wanted to know if the site had a good chat room.  Although I’m a bit shy at first once I warm up to people I love a good conversation.  This is the part of my evening when I get to relax and chit chatting with friends, both new and old, is a great ending to the night.

The result was well worth the time it took to read the reviews.  I looked at the sites whose name caught my eye and finally settled on Virgin Bingo and Foxy Bingo.  Both sites are great fun and it was terrific to find them so easily.

Along the same note I also took advantage of the article “Do You Speak Bingo”.  It helped me understand some of the terms which were being thrown about during games.  Remember, this is my first experience with on-line Bingo and it was the small town church hall variety in my past.  Being an On Person is a good thing.

Remember, if you’re new to online gaming, that the lingo in the chat rooms is almost a language unto itself.  Most of it’s simply abbreviations like ty for thank you and yw for your welcome but some of the stuff is bit more involved.  If you’re feeling totally confused bow out gracefully and take a look at a lingo guide.  There plenty of them around and suddenly all that jabber begins to make sense.  In fact you begin to wonder why you wasted so many keystrokes before.  However, I wouldn’t advise using the shortcuts in other places.  My son’s English teacher was not amused (or at least she didn’t let him know it was funny) when he wrote “lol” in one of his short stories.

Anyway, if you’re beginning to explore this huge gaming world and feel the tension mounting, take a deep breath, do a little reading and enjoy.

Game Village Review

Filed under: Bingo Reviews — 27 Oct 2007

This month we have been playing bingo at a truly magnificent site called game village. Those of you that have been lucky enough to play at this site will know exactly what I mean. Game village design and run their own games which means they are fresh and exciting, they also have some great offers for their members. Each new player receives £5 free bingo bonus to try the site as well as a 100% match on your first deposit.

They also have a great customer service team that will deal with any query you may have by either live help, support tickets or by asking the chat masters. All of the above combines to make a good bingo site, but what makes this site great is the virtual village. Once you have deposited three times you are given your very own virtual home in the village! This allows you to find your friends in the village and send them gifts, hold events in your home, join in with the community events and invite your friends to the site for social and financial gain. When you invite a friends you will share a massive £50 bingo bonus.

So it is not hard to see why we love game village, and with £5 free you can find out too!
